Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs has received the ISO 9001: 2008 certification for “Educational, Rehabilitative and Therapy Services for Individuals with Special Needs through Assessments, Intervention and Training”.

This certification comes as a result of our commitment to achieve complete stakeholder satisfaction. We strive to continually improve all our work processes with the aim of providing services that fulfill the unique needs of our students with special needs. Ours is one of the first Centres in the Middle East and North Africa region that has been was certified for service provision to persons with disability.

Al Noor Training Centre has set up quality objectives which include structured and professionally-driven assessments and interventions. All members of the TDI (Trans Disciplinary Intervention) and TDA (Trans Disciplinary Assessment) teams are trained in specific techniques, delivering professionally-driven assessments, intervention and training to 100% of students enrolled at the Centre.

Al Noor Training Centre received the certificate of approval from Lloyds Register for Quality Assurance (LRQA), with the support of Paramount Computers. The Centre’s long-standing commitment to quality and steady growth played a big role in receiving ISO 9001:2008 which sets out the requirements of quality management systems with a standard based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and the collaboration of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.

Over the years, support and contributions from the community have made the Fun Fair what it is today- a truly exciting celebration. With your help, this year’s event is going to be even better! We have the best events from previous years, plus a few surprises, too! For the second time, we will again have the Fun Fair Football Tournament for sports enthusiast to enjoy.

Al Noor Training Centre as a non-profit organization relies on the support of the community. We charge highly subsidized fees making fundraising a crucial task. The Annual Fun Fair is one of our major initiatives to raise much needed funds for the Centre.

Mr. Khalid Al Halyan, Chairman of Al Noor Training Centre, the Board Members, the Director, the students and staff gave the Royal guests the very warm welcome they deserve. HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Bin Juma Al Maktoum and HH Sheikh Rashed Bin Dalmook Bin Juma Al Maktoum unveiled their portraits in the Centre’s lobby marking their official patronage to Al Noor. The students of Al Noor presented handmade gifts from Smiles n’ Stuff – Al Noor’s own retail outlet and staged a dance performance to show their remarkable talents.

“Their Highnesses toured the Centre and interacted with the children. They showed great interest in how the training program at the centre is developed and tailored to the needs of each individual child. They have kindly pledged their support to Al Noor” said Isphana Al Khatib the irector of l Noor Training Centre.

HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Bin Juma Al Maktoum and HH Sheikh Rashed Bin Dalmook Bin Juma Al Maktoum started early in their philanthropic endeavor by volunteering at Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special Needs through the Rashid School for Boys Afternoon Program which has been taking place for the past 20 years.

HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Bin Juma Al Maktoum is a leading member of the ruling family in Dubai, a well-established businessman with international and local investments in real estate, logistics, construction, trading, retail, media, maritime and financial services.

HH has a Bachelor in General Business (majoring in financial services and Economics). His work and personal ethos is a commitment to excellence and as a result, he is well known for being a respected business partner and ambassador for overseas trade relations.

He is the Vice Chairman of MBM Holdings Group.

HH Sheikh Rashed Bin Dalmook Bin Juma Al Maktoum is prominent member of the royal family of Dubai, His Highness is a well-respected businessman with local and international investments in real estate, logistics, and trading. He is the Vice Chairman of August International Investments.

HH is a graduate of American University of Dubai with a bachelor in Business Administration. His commitment to excellence is part of his personal and working ethos, and as such, he has established himself as a respected business partner and an ambassador for overseas trade relations. In addition, he has an excellent record in sports especially in horse riding where he has led the U.A.E to international team victory. His love for sports has seen him in international events, such as “World Equestrian Games in Kentucky, USA on 27th September 2010 winning the team gold medal.
