
Al Noor Training Centre has no source of official or regular funding. The annual fees are set at one-half of the actual cost of training each child. The Centre relies on fundraising to source the remaining half of its total operational expenses.
Al Noor has a total annual operating budget of AED 15 million approximately (Year 2010-11). Of this, nearly 65% i.e. AED 9 million requires to be raised. In order to continue to provide high quality professional services to the special needs community in Dubai, fundraising becomes an enormous task for the Centre. Various fundraising activities and events are organized to garner support in raising the much needed funds.
Fundraising activities and events include:

Al Noor Fun Fair, Annual Gala Ball, Ladies Luncheon, sales of Al Noor greeting cards and desk calendars, raffles, Credit Card Campaign and sales at Al Noor’s retail outlet ‘Smiles n Stuff’

Donations, either financial or gifts in-kind, from individual and corporate supporters

Fundraising activities and events run by supportive organizations, schools and companies, with Al Noor Training Centre as the beneficiary

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events/activities
Our facilities such as the Multipurpose Hall, Al Fajer Conference Hall and the Multi-function Rooms are available for renting. All proceeds support the Centre’s operation and activities.
In addition to raising funds, these events also aim at creating awareness in the community about the Centre’s program as well as the larger cause of disability.
