The Department of Psychology plays a vital role in the following services:
- Psychological assessments of children for their respective placements after admission and for further
academic and vocational placements
- Crisis management of behavior
- Parental training related to implementation of behavioral intervention at home
- Social skill and self esteem training of children by conducting group sessions
The Social Worker operates as a link between the Centre and the children and their families as well as relevant social services available in the community.
