  • To maintain stakeholder satisfaction at a minimum of 90% as measured through annual parent survey.
  • To ensure that all members of the TDA and TDI teams attend atleast 2 trainings annually on specific intervention techniques (in allignment with approved intervention approaches and methodologies - Core policy appendix 1).
  • Acceptable rate of IEP goal attainment (fully/partially achieved) shall be 91% - 100% of IEP goals within one academic year. Acceptable rate of non-attainment of IEP goals or non-conformity shall be 0-10%.Â
